Bruce Hopson
Bruce heads up our St. Louis Office where he represents people who’ve been injured in automobile accidents and work-place accidents. For over 30 years, he has fought insurance companies and others would prevent his clients and their families from receiving the compensation they deserved from being injured or killed by the careless acts of others.
For much of his career, Bruce has been a solo practitioner. Bruce worked for Brown & Crouppen Law Firm in St. Louis prior to joining the Chapel Law Group. Bruce is licensed to practice in Missouri in both the state and federal courts; he is admitted to practice in Missouri, the United States District Court (Eastern District of Missouri) and the United States District Court (Western District of Missouri). He received his law degree from the University of Missouri School of Law and graduated from the University of Missouri – Columbia with a Bachelor of Journalism in News
Editorial. He has also received the rating of AV Preeminent ® from Martindale-Hubbell.
Bruce is also a life-long competitive swimmer, including competing for the University of Missouri on scholarship. He continues to compete today through U.S. Masters Swimming in both pool events and in open water events such as the ocean, lakes, and
rivers. He has even served on its board of directors. Bruce lives in the City of St. Louis with his partner and their two dogs. He is enthusiastic
Mizzou football fan, as well a supporter of the arts, including the symphony, fox theatre, and the Muny.
